Dubai: With records such as world’s tallest building, massive artificial islands and mind-boggling extravagance, Dubai is all set to attain another feat when it will have first hotel with a tropical rainforest.

Managed by Hilton Worldwide, the Rosemont Hotel & Residences will open in 2018.

The two-tower venue will be built at an estimated cost of $297 million.

It will also feature an adventure play area for children and Trampoline Park.

The extravagant features will be developed inside a five-storey podium that will serve as a pedestal between the two towers, each 53 storeys high.

The hotel will be spread over 13,000 square metres, and guests can check in at the 26th floor sky lobby.

The 450-room hotel will also feature three restaurants, health club and meeting rooms.

It would also have a 280-unit serviced apartment tower with a sky lobby and sky pool, an entertainment area on the top level of the parking podium and retail amenities. More info and photos
